Kenny was recommended to us by another client as he wanted some more power from his #landrover #freelander , after the first read of the ecu it came back incomplete and with errors , now having already run a full health check we were aware of a few codes within the ecu so we did a reset of the ecu and then did a read via #cmd to check for faults , unfortunately on the edc17bp42 ecu the CMD does a read from the server ( a virtual read ) having already had an incomplete read I was taking no chances incase there was underlying issues so I hooked up the kess V2 again and this time after the reset we got a Total read using data taken from the ecu itself.
The file was then modified and reloaded and now runs a full performance map upping the horsepower considerably.
Was a pleasure to do this car and what a sleep she is when it comes to audio.
