Stage 2 with resonator delete

This car is in exceptional condition and has covered only 4000 miles from new.

It was delivered to us on Thursday morning and the owner left it with us till this afternoon and took away the courtesy car.

She was quite the problem child to Map , running a MED9.1 ECU rather than a Simos 18 we knew it was going to be trouble when it wouldn’t read conventionally, first thing to check was live data to see what boost the car was running to see if it had been mapped previously and had a no read tag within the file.

With boost standard I have to admit I was starting to scratch my head however with the correct tooling we read this as a VE Golf GTI TFSI edition 35 , don’t ask me why it read as that as I honestly don’t know, perhaps it was a VW Friday car ?….

Anyway with the read complete we mapped this 4 times tweaking software each time to give the best we could offer.

With pops and bangs mapped in and a resonator delete she’s loud but not over the top.
