After initial discussions and diagnostics we checked the software Upgrade number to confirm this vehicle was running the #e189 emission update, this software causes over regeneration of the DPF poor economy and shocking MPG .
We unlocked the ECU via OBD then rolled back the software and recalibrated the file to give an additional 40bhp.
