The Transit or Custom have various power options from factory from 100 up to 185bhp , what ford don’t tell you are the engines are identical as is the #ecu so great gains can be seen as the software dictates the power delivery so by making some changes to the map directories your 100bhp model can deliver safely the same power as the top of the range model which offers 180bhp from factory.

Until recently post 2011 Ecus were tuned on the bench with the ECU opened which was very time consuming and costly however with the latest tooling we are able to now tune these straight down the OBD port offering a performance increase that’s virtually un traceable to main dealers.
