2017 Audi Q5 - P2002 DPF below efficiency fault

On first glance you’d think this vehicle has a DPF fault if you just read the codes -

Years of experience told us otherwise and the culprit of this was a blocked egr cooler , totally blocked and full of gunk -

A new egr cooler was supplied and fitted , all values reset and this Q5 is back on the road.

We are doing more and more diagnostics and repairs on vehicles , unfortunately things are often misdiagnosed and we have a habit of of ending up with frustrated customers who have spent £1000s fixing a fault due to things not being diagnosed correctly .
