2015 BMW 335D Xdrive Custom Tuning ECU and TCU

Stock power 313bhp / 630nm

Actual Power : 308bhp / 576nm - No low down power

Mapro : 380bhp / 751nm

This BMW travelled down from London and was here a couple of days. On the outside this car is stunning but it wasn't until we fitted performance parts and got her on the dyno we spotted a major issue - now although this produced over 300bhp there was absolutely no low down power and nothing until around 2500rpm, smoke tests and diag work didn't show much until we started checking the boost solenoids and vac lines, 3 vac lines were split and one of the solenoids wasn't even connected , with no fault codes we pulled the ecu to see that a few codes had been previously deleted, flashing the ecu back to stock revealed some dirty deletes were present in the DTCs, with a software update we could now see all the relative codes that were previously turned off and set about fixing this car - new solenoids from BMW and replacement vac line we stock was installed, it was then back onto the the dyno and Boom full power was back.

Now came the tuning which on these results in a very very quick car.

We have evolved into a company that often gets tasked with some very difficult diagnostic work but as a team we have never been beaten yet..

A very happy customer who leaves us with a car that low down now has over 450nm extra over when it was dropped off
